In learning
we discuss that learning defined as modification of behavior through
experiences. In this lesson we also tackle the two theories of learning the
Behavioral Theory and Organismic and Gesalt and field theory. In Behaviorist
theory it means that an individual transfers what he has learned from one
situation to another situation only if two are still similar in contend and
procedures. While in Organismic theory man learns only through his own
responses.
Learning involves helping people along the learning process, and
learning includes all of the things that we do to make it happen. As an end
result, we know that learning occurs when people take new found information and
incorporate it into their life. For example, if we are working with an audience
that lacks basic financial management skills for budgeting, one of our
objectives is to see people gain knowledge in this area and to actually
implement the new skills – hopefully, over a long period of time.
